Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, attempt fraud, or disrupt the service.
Courses & access
Course descriptions, schedules, delivery mode (Zoom or on-site), and pricing are shown on each course page and may change before you pay. After a successful payment, you receive access according to the enrollment status in your dashboard. Certificates are issued only when completion requirements are met.
Payments & refunds
Fees are charged in AED. Installment eligibility and decisions are made by Tabby. Refunds, if any, follow our stated course policies and applicable UAE consumer rules; contact support promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.
Acceptable use
You may not copy course materials for commercial redistribution, share login credentials, reverse engineer the platform, upload harmful content, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Instructors and admins may remove content or access that breaches these rules.
Intellectual property
Platform software, branding, and course content remain our property or that of our licensors. Your limited license is for personal learning only unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Liability & governing law
The service is provided on a practical-education basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
