Suhail Courses (“we”, “us”) provides bilingual online and on-site learning. This policy explains what information we collect when you browse, register, enroll, or pay for courses, and how we use it.
Information we collect
We collect account details you provide (name, email, phone), how you heard about us, course enrollments and progress, payment references (including Tabby payment identifiers), technical logs (IP address, browser type), and optional marketing identifiers if you enable cookies/pixels through our site.
How we use information
We use your data to create and secure your account, deliver courses and certificates, process payments and refunds, prevent fraud, improve our platform, respond to support requests, and—where permitted—measure marketing performance (for example Meta Pixel or Google Analytics configured by our administrators).
Payments
Card and installment payments are processed by Tabby and related payment partners. We do not store full card numbers. Payment providers process data under their own privacy policies.
Sharing
We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email, analytics, payment). We may also disclose information when required by UAE law or to protect our rights and learners’ safety. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention & security
We keep account and enrollment records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting requirements. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no online system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data where applicable, subject to legal retention needs. You can also control browser cookies and opt out of interest-based ads via your device or Meta/Google settings.
